MiniMax Audio Subscription Service Terms

1. Service Features and Payment Structure
This product provides both free and paid service models, offering varied benefits and content generation priorities.
Users may select a service package that best aligns with their needs, which includes the following:
- Free Users: Upon logging in, users may receive daily time-limited free credits, have access to
basic features such as limited voice cloning functions and API service. These free features are subject to change
and changes are effective upon service feature updates published on our website.
- Paid Users: Three paid subscription plans are available. Users may choose a plan that best suits
their needs. Each plan includes additional credits, faster audio generation service, as well as other additional
features and benefits.
2. Subscription Plans and Fees
The following subscription packages are available for this product. All monthly credits expire at the end of each
calendar month.
- Starter Plan: Priced at $5 per month, this plan includes 100,000 monthly credits, accelerated
content generation, and any additional features listed on the service purchase webpage, on top of the free features.
- Standard Plan: Priced at $30 per month, this plan includes one million monthly credits,
accelerated content generation, and any additional features listed on the service purchase webpage, on top of the
free features.
- Top-up Service: Priced at $30 per one million credits, this service offers one-time purchase of
credits. A minimum purchase or recharge amount of $5 is necessary. This service also includes accelerated content
generation, and any additional features listed on the service purchase webpage, on top of the free features.
Users may purchase additional credits as needed. Credits purchased on or after February 12, 2026 will be valid for two months from the date of purchase; credits obtained through top-ups before February 12, 2026 will remain valid for two years. The system will automatically prioritize using credits that are closest to expiration.
3. Service Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrade: Users may upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time, with the upgrade taking effect
immediately upon confirmation. For the initial partial month of the upgraded plan, a prorated fee will be charged,
and users will receive prorated monthly credits.
- Downgrade: Subscribers of the monthly plans may choose to downgrade to a lower-tier plan upon the
expiration of their current subscription. The downgraded plan will become effective only after the current
subscription period is completed.
4. Promotional Offers and New User Benefits
- The product may, from time to time, feature promotional offers and incentives for new users.
- Promotions: All promotional details shall be governed by the terms displayed on the product's
website.
5. Credit Refund Policy
In the event of content generation failure or if the content does not pass the review process, the system shall
automatically refund the credits consumed during the process.
6. Payment Process
- Upon successful payment, the system will provide a confirmation notice.
- Should the payment transaction fail, the user will receive a failure notice and may reattempt the
payment.
- If there are any outstanding payment orders, the user must complete these existing orders before
initiating a new payment transaction.
7. Termination and Refund Policy
- Paid subscribers may terminate the paid monthly service at any point during the billing cycle. The
termination will take effect at the beginning of the subsequent billing cycle. No refunds shall be issued for
payments already made.
8. Interpretation and General Provisions
This document (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement" or “these Terms”) governs your use of the paid services
provided by MiniMax Audio, as well as the related software applications and websites (collectively referred to as
"Services" or "MiniMax Audio"). The terms "User," "you," or "your" refer to the individual accepting this
Agreement.
To utilize the paid services and related features, you must carefully read and comply with this Agreement, the MiniMax
Audio Terms of Service, and any other terms, agreements, rules, guidelines, policies, notices, and directives
related to your use and/or access to our website, paid services, and promotional activities, including any revisions
we may issue from time to time. This Agreement serves as a supplement to the MiniMax Audio Terms of Service and
forms an integral part thereof, binding upon you. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the MiniMax
Audio Terms of Service, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
You are required to read and fully understand these terms, particularly those clauses that may limit or exclude the
company's liabilities and/or obligations, or that may limit your rights or constitute a waiver of rights. These
provisions are applicable to your use of the Services. Acceptance of these Terms is a condition of your use of the
Services. If you do not agree to or accept these Terms, you are not permitted to use any of the paid services or other
services provided by MiniMax Audio.
If you have not reached the minimum age as specified in the Terms of Service (the "Minimum Age") or the age of
majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction (the "Age of Majority"), you may not use the paid services. If
you meet the Minimum Age requirement but have not yet reached the Age of Majority of your jurisdiction, you may use
the paid services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these terms on your behalf
and assume responsibility for your actions.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, and/or update this Agreement at any time. All applicable disclaimers,
indemnity provisions, and exclusions of liability contained in this Agreement and the Terms of Service shall survive
the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
9. Updating Your Invoice Information
The name, address, and VAT or Tax ID displayed on your invoice are based on the details in your Stripe payment information. To update this information for future invoices, you can modify your payment details directly through yourStripe account during checkout.
- Changes Apply to Future Invoices Only: Changes made to your payment details will only affect invoices issued after the update. Historical invoices cannot be modified due to tax compliance requirements.
- Verify Details at Checkout: Ensure all payment information entered during checkout is accurate and matches the details you want reflected on your invoice. This step is critical to avoid discrepancies in billing records.
10. Tax / VAT Charges
When purchasing a subscription or credits, sales tax or VAT may apply based on your billing location. Our payment processor automatically calculates applicable taxes during checkout using your billing information. The total amount, including taxes, is displayed before you complete your payment.
Key Details:
- Automated Process: Taxes are automatically calculated based on your billing details. Our team cannot adjust tax amounts.
- Tax Exemptions: If your organization qualifies for tax exemption, tick "I'm purchasing as a business" during checkout (if taxes apply). This will prompt fields to enter your tax ID, like an EIN in the United States or a VAT number in applicable countries. This information will appear automatically on future invoices.
- Policy Changes: Tax policies may change over time. Past tax-free purchases do not guarantee future transactions will remain tax-free.
