Hello, I’m part of a company that uses Minimax as one of our audio tools.
We recently updated our payment card details, and after reactivating the subscription, we encountered an issue with the cloned voice quota. Instead of maintaining our existing voices, the system is now displaying –245 voices.
When we try deleting some voices, the number simply changes from –245 to –244, –243, and so on. It seems as though the system is requiring us to delete all voices and start over from scratch.
We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue, as it appears to be a bug. Rebuilding everything from the beginning would be highly impractical for us.
Could you please advise on how this can be fixed?
