I’m experiencing an issue with my account credits on the MiniMax Agent platform. According to your pricing, the free plan includes 200 daily credits. However, my current balance shows -7 credits, and despite logging in daily, I do not see the daily free credits being added or reset. Because of this, I am currently unable to use the agent at all.
I have already tried: ->Logging out and logging back in ->Visiting the platform daily to check for credit refresh Unfortunately, the issue persists, and my balance remains at -7 without any daily credit restoration.
