Jessica from Tier-1 support is replying with automated macros about API keys and refunds. I DO NOT need a refund and I know how to use API keys. I need a Tier-2 Developer / Admin to manually sync my account database with the Stripe successful payment record. Who can manually update my account status? If this is not escalated to Tier-2 technical support today, I will issue a bank chargeback for 'Service Not Provided'."
