Official Rules – Mac Mini Giveaway

This promotion is sponsored by MiniMax (Nanonoble Pte Ltd, 152 BEACH ROAD#14-02 GATEWAY EAST, SINGAPORE 189721) (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) who were registered users of the Sponsor's products and services and who received an invitation from the Sponsor to participate. Invitations are non-transferable. Limit one entry per user. Void where prohibited.

No purchase, payment, or subscription is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or subscription does not increase the chances of winning.

The promotion begins on January 26, 2026 and ends on February 2, 2026 at 23:59 UTC (“Promotion Period”).

You may enter in one of the following ways during the Promotion Period:

Submit an entry via the free entry form in the link provided in the invitation to receive one (1) entry.

If you subscribe to the Coding Plan during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry.

All entries, whether free or through subscription, are treated equally. Multiple subscriptions or referrals do not increase your odds of winning.

Seven (7) winners will each receive one Mac Mini (M4, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD). Approximate retail value (ARV): $599 per unit. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends. Winners will be notified by the contact information associated with their UID or entry.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Participants who purchased a subscription in connection with this promotion may request a full refund by contacting the Sponsor at the email address provided in the promotional email by February 9, 2026. Participants who request a refund will remain eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Information collected will be used solely to administer the promotion and notify winners, unless the participant separately opts into marketing communications.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent or abusive entries.

This promotion is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
